Sadanandan had done an intensive five year course in Mural painting in Kerala, South India, which was the strong foundation for his highly acclaimed accomplishments. His elaborate and exquisite works adorn many private collectors' homes extending from New Delhi to New York.

He is dedicated to reviving and restoring mural paintings, in all its forms and has expressed his talent in painting Biblical themes over 400 sq ft on huge walls and ceilings of churches. Another large work to his credit has been restoring the traditional mural painting of over 3000 sq ft in Sree Padmananbha Swamy temple in Trivandrum - Kerala.

His paintings express a rare fineness in which the figures and forms radiate a warmth and gentleness through the technique used. The colours are exuberant and earthy and speak volumes for his depth, the fine skill and his passion to reflect ethereal beauty.

His vision is to expose the richness of this ancient art and allow it to spread to all corners of the world, for people to enjoy and absorb the freshness of intricate designs. He dreams of a universe free from cultural, social and geographical boundaries. The artist paints a picture of the oneness of the human race, seen through art and its colours.
